State::Water & Drought
The California Department of Food and Agriculture has identified 100 projects totaling $9.38 million to fund from the State Water Efficiency and Enhancement Program. These projects focus on farm water irrigation systems that reduce greenhouse gas emissions as well as create water savings.
Beginning on June 1st, Temecula grape growers will be required to make a 10% cut in their water usage.
