WineAmerica is the only national wine industry association in the USA. We are a 400-member strong organization that encourages the growth and development of American wineries and winegrowing through the advancement and advocacy of sound public policy.

2025 Economic Impact Report
Thanks to member support, we released the 2025 National Economic Impact Study, The wine industry directly employs as many as 927,033 people, and generates an additional 383,476 jobs in supplier and ancillary industries which supply goods and services to the industry, and whose sales depend on the wine industry’s economic activity. Ultimately, 1.75 million jobs are created and supported by the wine industry. Tools like this help us fight harmful legislation and promote growth.
Our Research
In 2017, 2022, and 2025, WineAmerica commissioned a leading economics firm, John Dunham & Associates of New York City, to conduct a national economic impact study of the American wine industry, including a state-by-state breakdown.
